Summer 2025 Camp Enrollment

1. Fill out the form below that corresponds with the week that your child will attend camp.

2. If your child is attending single day(s) of camp instead of the full week, list the specific dates in the form that they will attend.

3. If you wish to register your child for multiple weeks of camp, fill out the form that corresponds with their first week of camp, then list the dates of the additional weeks they would like to attend in the form.

4. Choose between a half day or full day Summer Camp program.

5. After submitting this completed form online, call or stop by our office to submit your 50% deposit (required to hold your child’s spot). The remaining balance payment is due 4 weeks prior to camp.
